Courses and Digital Products

How Long Do I Have Access to a Course I Buy?

You will have access to any course you buy on this site, including any updates and new content, for as long as this site runs. I’ve been running my blog, GrilGoneLondon.com, since 2014 and am in it for the long haul!

Can I Ask You Questions Along the Way?

Absolutely! Please do. And if you have a suggestion of what I can add to a course, please do let me know. You can contact me with your questions and suggestions on the Contact page.

Do You Offer Refunds?

Given the nature of you having immediate access to the classes and other digital materials purchased, no refunds are offered as standard if you are unhappy with your purchase. That being said, it is my hope that would enjoy and get great use out of my classes, so please do get in touch on the Contact page if you have an issue.

If there is a technical issue with your access to the class or materials, we will endeavour to help you access the materials. Please contact us at on the Contact page for us to assist you with this.

Important Information for UK and EU citizens.

By purchasing a class/course or other digital materials, you acknowledge that you wish to be supplied with the digital class or materials immediately, and that you will lose your right to cancel the purchase (Right of Withdrawal) within the usual 14 days provided by EU law (e.g., Consumer Rights Directive, etc) and UK law (e.g., Consumer Contract Regulations, Consumer Rights Act, etc), as the digital content is supplied immediately upon purchase.

How long does shipping take?

As each product is made-to-order by different manufacturers on our behalf, shipping times can vary per product. Most of our manufacturers ship items within 2-7 business days from the order submission, but may be longer during busy times, such as at Christmas.

The delivery time after that point will depend on the shipping method you choose. Most of our products are shipped from the USA (this can be seen in the item description – if it is not listed, please contact us) A tracking number will usually be provided after the product has been physically produced..

There is a problem with my item or delivery.

Please keep all information about the issue, including photographs, and contact us via the Contact page. You will need to provide the Order Name, Order ID, Order Address, item details of the item ordered and item received, and photographs. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information on what steps to take.

Do You Offer Refunds or Replacements?

Physical products available for purchase on Girl Gone London Courses are not stocked and housed by Girl Gone London Courses. Although designed by us, they are manufactured by a third party who will ship them to you. For that reason, we are bound in many ways by their terms and practises.

Physical products for sale on Girl Gone London Courses are produced per order. Items will not be physically made until you the customer order the item. For that reason, they are classed as custom-made items and cannot usually be refunded other than in specific circumstances.

If an item is faulty, damaged, or lost in transit, we will supply a replacement, subject to our Terms and Conditions. Please see our Terms and Conditions for steps to take, and get in touch via the Contact page.
