By registering, accessing, using, or purchasing our courses, products or other materials, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
Classes/Courses
The terms “course” and “class” may be used interchangeably in these Terms and Conditions and on this site.
Class Enrolment and Access
Unless otherwise stated, when you purchase access to a class, you are given a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view the class via the Girl Gone London Courses website, and in no other way.
Unless otherwise stated, the license granted is for lifetime access to that class only via the Girl Gone London Courses website. In this case, “lifetime” means for as long as the Girl Gone London Courses website is active, or until the class or materials contained within it have to be disabled because of legal, policy, business, or other reasons.
By purchasing access to a class, you understand that Girl Gone London Courses and its representatives are under no obligation to provide access to the class, materials, or this website for any length of time after your initial purchase.
You may watch the classes with other people in your own home, but you must not share your access or access details with other people. This will be a breach of this license agreement, and access can be terminated by Girl Gone London Courses at its sole discretion.
Payment and Refunds
Given the nature of you having immediate access to the classes and other digital materials purchased, no refunds are offered as standard if you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, including, but not limited to quality, length, format, and so on.
If there is a technical issue with your access to the class or materials, we will endeavour to help you access the materials. Please contact us at courses@girlgonelondon.com for us to assist you with this.
At its sole discretion, Girl Gone London Courses may decide to offer a refund if Girl Gone London Courses determines that you cannot access the class or materials as intended.
Important Information for UK and EU citizens.
By purchasing a class or other digital materials, you acknowledge that you wish to be supplied with the digital class or materials immediately, and that you will lose your right to cancel the purchase (Right of Withdrawal) within the usual 14 days provided by EU law (e.g., Consumer Rights Directive, etc) and UK law (e.g., Consumer Contract Regulations, Consumer Rights Act, etc), as the digital content is supplied immediately upon purchase.
Physical Products
Physical products available for purchase on Girl Gone London Courses are not stocked and housed by Girl Gone London Courses. Although designed by us, they are manufactured by a third party who will ship them to you. For that reason, we are bound in many ways by their terms and practises.
Returns and Refunds
Physical products for sale on Girl Gone London Courses are produced per order. Items will not be physically made until you the customer order the item. For that reason, they are classed as custom-made items and cannot usually be refunded.
Incorrect items ordered, incorrect details provided, wrong fit, changed mind, etc
When purchasing a physical product for delivery, you the customer are responsible for making sure you are ordering the correct item.
In regards to any sizing specified in sizing charts, a tolerance of +/- 1 inch is applicable. If a product is within this tolerance, it will not be deemed to be not-as-described, faulty or incorrect. Any weight specified does not form part of the item description or this Agreement, and will not be cause for any refund or replacement.
After an order has been placed for an item or items, there is no way to change the order – including items in the order, sizes, colours, delivery address details, and so on. This is because the order is picked up instantly for production.
Girl Gone London Courses cannot be held responsible if you the customer purchase the incorrect items (including, but not limited to, size, colour, design, etc), enter incorrect details (including, but not limited to, shipping address details, etc), have changed your mind, or the fit is wrong.
In these cases, no refunds, exchanges, credit notes, or replacements will be given.

You may still be eligible for a replacement or refund in certain circumstances, as detailed below.
Incorrect item received
If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please send us details and photographs to courses@girlgonelondon.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include the Order ID, name of the product ordered, photographs of the item received clearly visible, and any other details. If an incorrect item has indeed been received, we will arrange for a replacement free of charge.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If the product you receive is damaged or faulty, or has a manufacturing or printing error, you must let us know within 24 hours of delivery. You must send us photos of the damaged or faulty item.
Please send us details of the damage, manufacturing or printing error, or fault to courses@girlgonelondon.com, along with photographic evidence. Please include the Order ID, name of the product ordered, photographs of the item received with the damage/fault/manufacturing or printing error clearly visible, and any other details.
If Girl Gone London Courses deems, at its sole discretion, that the item is faulty or damaged, or there is a significant manufacturing or printing error, we will send out a replacement free of charge.
If there is a fault, damage, or manufacturing or printing error with the replacement item, please contact us in the same manner as above. In this instance, at Girl Gone London Courses’ sole discretion, if we deem the item to be faulty or damaged, or have a significant manufacturing or printing error, we will arrange for a refund of the item.
Please note, the provisions listed here will not apply if you have damaged or caused a fault to the product yourself.
Bad Odour and Smell
Orders are not eligible for replacement or refund when having a bad odour or smell, as this is a natural occurrence when products are made-to-order. To eliminate the odour, simply wash the item as per any washing instructions, and the smell should go.
Print variation from example images
Please note that colours on a computer, phone, or other electronic device screen can look different to the colours on final manufactured and printed items.
Variation in colour from any example product images to the item received will not be grounds for a return or replacement, unless there is a clear printing defect. If you believe there is printing defect, please contact us as outlined above, and we will determine, at our sole discretion, if there is a printing defect and if the item shall be replaced.
Delayed shipment or delivery and Lost items
As detailed further below, we cannot provide replacements or refunds for lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided to us by you the customer.
As we do not manufacture the items ourselves, we cannot control delivery times. Most of our manufacturers ship items within 2-7 business days from the order submission, but may be longer during busy times, such as at Christmas. The delivery time after that point will depend on the shipping method you chose. Most of our products are shipped from the USA (this can be seen in the item description – if it is not listed, please contact us).
No promises are made on delivery times, and we cannot offer a refund or replacement to you for delayed shipping or delivery. Please keep an eye on your tracking. Please also keep in mind busy periods, such as Christmas. If your item has not arrived 28 days after ordering, please first contact your local post office to see if it is waiting for you to collect. If it is not, then please contact us.
After this, we will investigate on our end and keep you updated. If the item is confirmed to be Lost after our investigation, we will issue a replacement free of charge.
Shipping, Delivery, Import Duties, Fees and Taxes, and Other Taxes
Shipping
You the customer are responsible for choosing the shipping speed you wish to use.
As we do not manufacture the items ourselves, we cannot control delivery times. Most of our manufacturers ship items within 2-7 business days from the order submission, but may be longer during busy times, such as at Christmas. The delivery time after that point will depend on the shipping method you choose. Most of our products are shipped from the USA (this can be seen in the item description – if it is not listed, please contact us).
A tracking number will usually be provided after the product has been physically produced. If you have not received a tracking number within 7 days of your order, please contact us.
No promises are made on delivery times, and we cannot offer a refund or replacement to you for delayed shipping or delivery. Please keep an eye on your tracking. Please also keep in mind busy periods, such as Christmas. If your item has not arrived 28 days after ordering, please first contact your local post office to see if it is waiting for you to collect. If it is not, then please contact us.
Delivery
Once delivery has been made to your address, to a safe spot, or neighbour, or when a courier has marked the item as delivered, you are deemed to have received the item, regardless of whether you accepted the physical delivery yourself.
Import Duties, Fees and Taxes, and Other Taxes
You the customer are solely responsible for any import duties, fees and taxes applicable for delivery of the order.
Most of the products on Girl Gone London Courses ship from the USA. This will usually be stated in the item description. If it is not listed, please contact us before ordering to check where the order ships from. Please consider this information when considering any import duties, fees and taxes that may be applicable to you. Girl Gone London Courses cannot be held responsible if you have not calculated or considered these import duties, fees and taxes when ordering.
Depending on your country, you may be liable for other taxes, such as Use Taxes. These taxes are solely your responsibility as the customer.
Order Cancellation
After an item has been ordered by you the customer, there is no way to cancel the order. This is because the order is picked up instantly for production and is classed as a custom-made item. For those reasons, production cannot be stopped, diverted elsewhere, or reused. No refund, credit note, or exchange will be offered.

All Copyright in regards to classes, courses, products, materials, logos, graphics, photographs, etc, on this website remains with Girl Gone London Courses.
By purchasing a license to access a class, you are not purchasing ownership of the class or the materials within, nor are you purchasing the ownership of the Copyright to the class or materials within.
By purchasing a product, you are not purchasing ownership of the Copyright of the products.
You must not record, sell, license, copy, modify, adapt, or otherwise disseminate any classes, materials, or product designs from this website.
If you are found to have recorded, copied, sold, licensed, modified, adapted, or otherwise disseminated class content, materials, product designs or any other Copyrightable work contained on this site, Girl Gone London Courses has full authority to pursue damages against you.
Newsletter and E-mails
You agree that, by registering, accessing, using, or purchasing our classes, products, or other materials, you agree that Girl Gone London Courses may send you e-mails including promotional e-mails. You can unsubscribe from these e-mail lists at any time using the “unsubscribe” link in the e-mails.
Binding Agreement
You agree that, by registering, accessing, using, or purchasing our classes, products, or other materials, you are agreeing to enter into a legally binding contract with Girl Gone London Courses. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register, access, use, or purchase materials, products or classes contained on this website.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by applicable law, then that provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms will continue in effect.
Assignment
We may assign, transfer, or sub-contract any of our rights or obligations to any third party at our discretion.
Force Majeure
Girl Gone London Courses shall not be liable to you for any breach of its obligations or termination under these terms and conditions arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, fires, floods, earthquakes, volcanoes, pandemics, and other Acts of God, terrorism, strikes, delay caused by transport disputes, failure of third party suppliers and manufacturers producing and/or delivering physical goods, failure to provide a class or materials caused by a death in the trainer’s family, illness of the trainer, or other emergency situation of the trainer, Government edict or regulation, or other emergencies.
Limitation of Liability
You agree to not hold Girl Gone London Courses or its representatives accountable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from using our website or participating in any classes, using any materials, or purchasing or using any physical or other products.
If a court finds Girl Gone London Courses liable for any reason, damages will be limited to the product, class or materials fee actually paid by you to Girl Gone London Courses and no more.
No information contained on this site or within classes or materials should be classed as legal or medical advice.
Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions are the entire Agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements and arrangements, whether written or oral. You acknowledge that, in entering into this Agreement, you have not relied upon any representations other than those reduced to writing in these Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this clause or Terms and Conditions shall limit liability for any fraudulent misrepresentation.
Adjustment to Terms
These Terms and Conditions may be adjusted at any time by Girl Gone London Courses without notice, and you agree to be bound by the new terms.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement is subject to English law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in connection with any dispute hereunder.
